Refund Policy
Understanding your options and our commitment to fair educational practices
Our Approach to Refunds
Look, we get it. Committing to an education program is a big decision, especially when you're investing both time and money. That's why we've built a refund policy that actually makes sense for students.
Here's the thing though – we're not a typical product-based business. Once you start accessing course materials and receiving mentorship, we've already invested considerable resources into your learning journey. But we also understand that sometimes life throws curveballs, or a program just isn't the right fit.
When You Can Request a Refund
Early Withdrawal Period
If you enroll in one of our programs starting in autumn 2025 or later, you have a 14-day window from your enrollment date to request a full refund. This applies if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials or attended more than two live sessions.
Why these limitations? Well, after two weeks and meaningful engagement with the content, you've already consumed a substantial portion of what we're offering. Our instructors have prepared materials, participated in sessions, and provided feedback specifically for you.
Technical Issues on Our End
If we experience significant platform issues that prevent you from accessing course materials for more than 5 consecutive days, you're entitled to either a prorated refund for the affected period or an extension of your access period. We take our technical responsibilities seriously.
Just to be clear – this doesn't cover situations where your personal internet connection is unstable or your device doesn't meet our published system requirements. Those are on your end.
Course Cancellation by Us
Sometimes we have to make tough calls. If we cancel a scheduled program before it starts due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability, you'll receive a full refund within 14 business days. No exceptions, no hassles.
Important: Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact form at [email protected]. We can't process refund requests made through social media, phone calls, or informal channels.
Situations Where Refunds Don't Apply
After Active Participation
Once you've accessed more than 20% of course materials or attended three or more live sessions, refunds aren't available. At that point, you've already received substantial value and consumed resources we can't reclaim.
Think of it like a gym membership – once you've used the facilities extensively, you can't get your money back just because you didn't achieve your fitness goals.
Change of Mind After 14 Days
We encourage you to really think through your enrollment decision before clicking that registration button. After the 14-day withdrawal period ends, we can't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or realized the workload is more demanding than expected.
Violation of Terms
If your enrollment is terminated due to violations of our terms of service – like sharing course materials publicly, harassing instructors or other students, or attempting to cheat on assessments – no refund will be issued. Period.
- Downloaded course materials can't be "returned" like physical products
- Personal circumstances unrelated to our program delivery
- Dissatisfaction with grades or assessment results
- Failure to complete the program within the allocated timeframe
The Refund Process
How to Submit Your Request
Email us at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment details, and a clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund. Be specific – generic requests take longer to process.
We'll review your request within 5 business days. If we need additional information, we'll reach out. If approved, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we might offer a partial refund if you've used some but not all of the program resources. This is decided on a case-by-case basis and depends on factors like how much content you've accessed and how far into the program you are.
For example, if you're four weeks into a twelve-week program and need to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, we might offer a prorated refund for the unused portion, minus any administrative fees.
Processing times may be longer during holiday periods or high-volume enrollment seasons. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
Alternative Options to Consider
Program Deferral
Sometimes a refund isn't your best option. If timing is the issue rather than the program itself, consider deferring your enrollment to a later cohort. We typically allow one deferral within 12 months of your original enrollment date.
This way, you don't lose your investment, and you can join when your schedule better accommodates the workload. Just contact us at least two weeks before your program start date.
Extended Access Period
If you're struggling to keep up with the pacing but still want to complete the program, we may be able to extend your access period. This isn't automatic and depends on program capacity, but it's worth asking about.
Course Credit Transfer
For students enrolled in multiple programs, we sometimes allow credit transfers between courses. If you've discovered a different program better suits your goals, let's talk about your options before jumping straight to a refund request.
Questions About Our Refund Policy?
We know policy documents can be confusing. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies for a refund or want to discuss alternative options, just reach out. We'd rather have a conversation than have you wonder.
